use require_of() instead of require_by() when using Module::Recursive::Require because of deprecation.
now you can use base_pkg or pkg method .

Loading template filter modules by lazy way.

To install Template::Filters::LazyLoader, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Template::Filters::LazyLoader

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Template::Filters::LazyLoader
