Reaccomplished the tests using Test::Harness and added a test for the POD using Test::Pod

Implementation of the Simran-Log-Log and Simran-Error-Error modules

To install Logger::Simple, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Logger::Simple

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Logger::Simple
