Changes for version 0.16

ls which does not exist in Windows - we now emulate it, except can't get user/group name. I'm open to ideas on this.

Common wrapper functions for use with either Net::FTP or Net::xFTP.

To install Net::xFTP, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Net::xFTP

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::xFTP
