Changes for version 5.23

Redo test harness to work like Tk::JFileDialog to fix bug preventing popup example program in Strawberry Perl install on M$-Windows.
Fix type that required Tk::HMListbox (instad of Tk::HListbox) to use with Tk::HListbox.

Full-featured "Combo-box" (Text-entry combined with drop-down listbox) derived from Tk::BrowseEntry with many additional features and options.

To install Tk::JBrowseEntry, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Tk::JBrowseEntry

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Tk::JBrowseEntry
