Changes for version 0.0.2 - 2006-04-27

Added the method "save_FASTA" to the module. No other chanegs to the user interface were made.

A light-weight parsing module for handling FASTA formatted sequence within larger perl applications.

To install FASTAParse, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm FASTAParse

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install FASTAParse
