Changes for version 1.04 - 2026-11-03
- Require perl 5.26
- Accept parameters by -Mframe::config(...) (Getopt::EX::Config). -Mframe::set(...) is kept only for compatibility and will be removed in the future. An unknown parameter is an error now
- Add module options --style and --width, placed before -- as -Mframe --style=fold --width=80 -- pattern file. Everything before
- now belongs to the module, so -Mframe --frame pattern -- file is an error; write -Mframe --frame pattern file. The command options such as --frame are kept for compatibility and may be removed in the future
- The width parameter works with --frame-cols and --frame-pages. The whole output has that width; it was ignored
- Add module options --pane, --pane-width, --boundary, --linebreak, --runin, --runout and --runlen, which mean the same as in ansicolumn. Some could be given only by the environment variables GREPLE_FRAME_PAGES_WIDTH, _MARGIN and _BOUNDARY, which still give the default values. --set-frame-column works now
