Changes for version 1.38 - 2026-11-03

Do not define --no-keepindent twice, which made a warning and a test failure with Getopt::EX older than 3.03
Require Text::ANSI::Fold 2.37, which does not die with "no progress" or hang when --autoindent leaves little room at a narrow width
Require Getopt::EX 3.05
