Remove -C short option from --config to avoid conflicts with module-specific options
Update MCP server with advanced option analysis and staged migration
- Add option classification (module-specific, command-common, ambiguous)
- Add staged migration planning with risk levels
- Add optex module pattern detection (initialize/finalize)

Getopt::EX module configuration interface

To install Getopt::EX::Config, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Getopt::EX::Config

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Getopt::EX::Config
