Changes for version v1.17.0 - 2020-04-30

In Colormap.pm, use 'X' as 'crossed out' effect rather than NOP.
This is significant change for mudule spec, but expected impact is probably neglectable. There should be no intensive user and crossed-out effect is not implemented in most terminal software.
