Fix infinite loop when folding OSC 8 links at narrow width (pwidth now strips OSC sequences; word boundary and run-out pushback suppressed when no visible chars remain in folded text)
Add progress check in retrieve to panic on no-progress fold

Text folding library supporting ANSI terminal sequence and Asian wide characters with prohibition character handling.
