- Cygwin also has troubles with filenames containing backslashes. Such filenames are not used when tests run on Cygwin.
- Version v0.3.3 of `Test::Dist::Zilla::BuiltFiles` is explicitly required — it contains a workaround for `Path::Tiny` bug which affects tests.
