"KNOWN BUGS" section added to the manual. `include(…)->pod2text` may munge Unicode characters due to a bug in `Pod::Simple` < 3.28.
Added test for checking Unicode characters. `Pod::Simple` 3.28 is *not* required, but test fixed not to fail.
