Changes for version v0.11.3.1-TRIAL - 2017-12-18 (TRIAL RELEASE)

  • `Perl::Version` retired, `Version::Dotted::Semantic`is used instead.
  • `DZIL_FORCE_RELEASE` environment variable introduced. If true, release will be performed even if some xtests fail.
  • Fix to work with Perl v5.26.0 (it dropped `.` from `@INC`).
