Changes for version v0.8.4 - 2015-09-27

test renamed from `t/author-vdb-build.t` to just `t/build.t` because `AutoPrereqs` treats tests starting from `author-` (and `release-`) specially and do not include their dependencies into test requirements.
Generating `README` file changed a bit to avoid empty lines at the end of file.

To install Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::Author::VDB, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::Author::VDB

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::Author::VDB
