Changes for version v0.9.0 - 2015-10-11

`Test::Version` forced to perform strict check in case of non-trial release.
Embedded doc files updated: mention of weaver.ini removed since this file is not used anymore. v0.7.1 used as example of version instead of 0.007.
Extra tests added: `Test::Portability`, `Test::Pod::LinkCheck`, `Test::Synopsis`.
File `xt/aspell.en.pws` renamed to `xt/aspell-en.pws` to make `Test::Portability` happy.

To install Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::Author::VDB, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::Author::VDB

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::Author::VDB
