Changes for version 0.002_01-TRIAL - 2015-08-29 (TRIAL RELEASE)

No changes visible to users. Release made to investigate test failure on few `mswin32` systems. Test fails because of exception "Can't locate Unicode/UTF8.pm in @INC" thrown from within `Path::Tiny`. `Path::Tiny` added to test requirements to let the test infrastructure report `Path::Tiny` version.
