Bug in `Path::Tiny` found, it affects `Test::Dist::Zilla::BuiltFiles`: `lines_utf8( { chomp => 1 } )` strips trailing empty lines, see <https://github.com/dagolden/Path-Tiny/issues/152>. The bug is workarounded.
