Updated tests to address Activestate auto-building of PPM which threw an error even though one didn't exist and every other version of build - including CPAN Testers had NO issues whatsoever.

cpanm Net::SNMPTrapd

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::SNMPTrapd
