Changes for version 1.01

introduced comments within records in read_records
bug fixing regarding testing method
added rmHook function
introduced special 'default' to addHook
fixing tests
removed addHookComment and addHookUnComment, 'ignore' in addHook should be used instead
requiring suffix in addition to prefix in scan,
allowing '' prefix and suffix
