Changes for version 1.017 - 2014-08-17

  • Disable GD's test 10.
  • Make Alien::wxWidgets use the system's wxWidgets library if the environment variable WX_CONFIG is set to the full path to wx-config.
  • Patch Crypt::SSLeay's Makefile.PL if necessary.
  • Remove the Padre plugin as the development seems to have stopped.
  • Update the list of modules that SpamAssassin can optionally utilize.
  • Add Dist::Zilla and Dist::Zilla::Test::Perl::Critic to dist.ini.
