new method to retrieve a folder's full qualified name (implementation by Miguel Fortea)
as a result of the above: subfolders are now more intelligently cached

To install Mail::Transport::Dbx, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Mail::Transport::Dbx

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Mail::Transport::Dbx
