Chg : Build prerequisites are now completely separated from run-time prerequisites.

Tst : Changed SIGHUP handlers in the parent for SIGUSR1's.

To install IPC::MorseSignals, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm IPC::MorseSignals

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install IPC::MorseSignals
