Another small pod cleanup. Make changes to synopsis as suggested by kevin brintnall <kbrint@rufus.net>.

Generates a hash out of the FreeBSD Ports index file.

To install FreeBSD::Ports::INDEXhash, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm FreeBSD::Ports::INDEXhash

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install FreeBSD::Ports::INDEXhash
