Catalyst-View-ByCode-0.20

Changes for version 0.20 - 2013-07-01

changed all calls to any logging method containing coderefs to stringified contents. Log::Log4perl::Catalyst calls coderefs instead of printing them.
added 3 more boolean attributes specified in HTML5: autofocus, novalidate and formnovalidate. Thanks again, Phil.
