Changes for version 0.09

added Makefile.PL to MANIFEST so that CPAN could handle the install (CPANPLUS handled it just fine)
minor documentation improvements

Allow CGI::Application to use Apache::* modules without interference

To install CGI::Application::Plugin::Apache, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CGI::Application::Plugin::Apache

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CGI::Application::Plugin::Apache
