Changed from using CGI::Application::Plugin to Exporter
Changed name of internal store from {_PLUGINS}->{'Config::Simple'} to just {__CONFIG_SIMPLE}

To install CGI::Application::Plugin::Config::Simple, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CGI::Application::Plugin::Config::Simple

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CGI::Application::Plugin::Config::Simple
