replaced hardwired >>11 just in case sizeof(PerlInterpreter) changes radically on different platforms
use PERL_NO_GET_CONTEXT and aTHX rather than PERL_GET_THX

unique Interpreter IDs

To install Thread::IID, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Thread::IID

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Thread::IID
