Changes for version 0.000_02 - 2018-09-26

Fix compile failures under older Perls which objected to me trying to force a constant into a different name space.
There were also warnings about '-PIOVER2' being ambiguous, which were fixed by making it '- PIOVER2'.

Implement the VSOP87D position model.

To install Astro::Coord::ECI::VSOP87D, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Astro::Coord::ECI::VSOP87D

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Astro::Coord::ECI::VSOP87D
