Changes for version 0.010

Specify minimum Perl version of 5.006 in Build.PL and Makefile.PL. Change url_query VOTable tests from todo back to test, since they now work as of 18-Oct-2007. Corrected the code used to escape URLs in the centralized requester (use URL::Escape, not HTML::Entities).

Access the SIMBAD 4 astronomical database.

Fetch astronomical data from SIMBAD 4.

in lib/Astro/SIMBAD/Client.pm

To install Astro::SIMBAD::Client, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Astro::SIMBAD::Client

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Astro::SIMBAD::Client
