Changes for version 0.144_01 - 2021-03-18

Allow identity file to have .gpg suffix. This is for the benefit of the vim-gnupg plugin, and potentially other such things.
Refactor authortest into three, so that I can run the optional-modules tests without generating stub files.

Perl application to fetch satellite orbit data.

Retrieve orbital data from www.space-track.org.

To install Astro::SpaceTrack, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Astro::SpaceTrack

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Astro::SpaceTrack
