Astro::Coord::ECI 0.026 Default the {inertial} attribute appropriately. Add the next_azimuth() method to compute when a body passes the given azimuth. Thanks to Lixus Zoran for suggesting this on the geo-perl mailing list. Astro::Coord::ECI::Moon 0.007 Default the {inertial} attribute appropriately. Astro::Coord::ECI::Sun 0.010 Default the {inertial} attribute appropriately. Astro::Coord::ECI::TLE 0.020 Default the {inertial} attribute appropriately. Deprecate the {rightascension} attribute in favor of the {ascendingnode} attribute. See the POD for the deprecation plan.
