Canned status update:
Iridium 7 now spare per Kelso (partly operational)
Kelso also marks Iridiums 39 and 90 partly operational. I have been translating this to "spare". Iridiums 39 and 90 were already "backup/standby", but 7 was in service, so its canned status changes.
