Changes for version 0.118 - 2021-04-01

  • Add rt.cpan.org back to bug reporting methods. Long live RT!
  • Refactor authortest into three, to eliminate the need for stub files to test without optional modules.
  • Remove references to the NASA Human Space Flight web site, since it has been taken down.
  • Fix broken POD links. Most were in script/satpass, but the "Ask Dr. Math" link on haversines is also gone, because the teachers' association that took it over from Drexel has decided that their function is to restrict knowledge, not disiseminate it.
  • Get prerequisites up to snuff, and add xt/author/prereq.t to ensure they stay that way.
