Test POD links.
PAR-pack old module used by tools/make-regression in an attempt to hide POD errors from CPANTS. PAR is only loaded if actually needed.
Back-port 'Party Field' for regression test.
Add -idempotent to tools/make-regression

Convert dates into the Shire Calendar.

To install Date::Tolkien::Shire, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Date::Tolkien::Shire
