Refactor authortest into three, to eliminate need for stub files to test without optional modules.
Add rt.cpan.org back to bug reporting methods. Long live RT!
Get prerequisites up to snuff, and add xt/author/prereq.t to ensure they stay that way.

Elevation queries against USGS web services.

To install Geo::WebService::Elevation::USGS, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Geo::WebService::Elevation::USGS

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Geo::WebService::Elevation::USGS
