Changes for version 1.00

Total rewrite, now configuration file whitespace, order and comments are preserved. API changed a bit but it shouldn't be a big problem.

Tie configuration file to a hash

To install Tie::ConfigFile, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Tie::ConfigFile

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Tie::ConfigFile
