QDBM_File::Multiple::LOB is obsoleted. Use store_lob(), fetch_lob(), delete_lob(), exists_lob() instead.
Added method: new(), store_keep(), store_cat(), store_dup(), store_dupr(), store_keep_lob(), store_cat_lob()
Changed iterator_init() to init_iterator()
Overlap flags (QD_xxxx) is obsoleted.
CLEAR() implemented
SCALAR() implemented
Makefile.PL asks static or dynamic link
Changed tests: skip repair() test
