Changes for version 1.43 - 2007-07-21

  • Turns out some recent version, I haven't figured out which, causes ExtUtils::MakeMaker to fail test. The failure is actually bogus, EUMM is testing for output that we stopped producing except under verbose, however it is a pain, so this release fixes the problem. It also adds a new test file, a stripped down version of ExtUtils::MakeMakers t/basic.t.
