Form Based Authentication for Plack (think CatalystX::SimpleLogin but on Plack level)

To install Plack::Middleware::Auth::Form, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Plack::Middleware::Auth::Form

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Plack::Middleware::Auth::Form
