Changes for version 0.01_02 - 2009-08-31

Not compatible 0.01_01, test_vars(%vars) args format changed.
Support command line options (c.f. perl Makefile.PL TEST_DBI_DSN="dbi:mysql:dbname=test")
Support interactive setting.
