Updates build parameters for MuPDF v1.17.0.
Only build mutool binary.

To install Alien::MuPDF, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Alien::MuPDF

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Alien::MuPDF
