Removed 'fatal' option from PromptIfStale plugin
Removed CopyFilesFromRelease's LICENSE and CONTRIBUTING, as it was causing some conflicts I don't wanna mess around with right now

To install Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::Author::ZOFFIX, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::Author::ZOFFIX

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::Author::ZOFFIX
