POE based base class for non-blocking wrappers around blocking stuff

To install POE::Component::NonBlockingWrapper::Base, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm POE::Component::NonBlockingWrapper::Base

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install POE::Component::NonBlockingWrapper::Base
