Added the "site" argument to paste() event/method to allow dynamic pastebin site changing

To install POE::Component::WWW::Pastebin::Bot::Pastebot::Create, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm POE::Component::WWW::Pastebin::Bot::Pastebot::Create

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install POE::Component::WWW::Pastebin::Bot::Pastebot::Create
