Changes for version 0.13

Switched to using Test::TempDir::Tiny in test files. Fixed urls in Makefile.PL thanks to mohawk2's for spotting it. Added https://metacpan.org/pod/PDL::IO::Pic#wmpeg to the SEE ALSO section (mohawk2's suggestion).

To install Automate::Animate::FFmpeg, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Automate::Animate::FFmpeg

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Automate::Animate::FFmpeg
