Relax tests to cope with absolute path names in addition to relative ones (Chris Weyl).

Expose PL_compiling to perl

To install B::Compiling, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm B::Compiling

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install B::Compiling
