replaced Crypt::SSLeay by LWP::Protocol::https depending on IO::Socket::SSL and Net::SSLeay to support hostname verification
replaced Alias (deprecated) by Data::Alias

To install Bundle::CygwinVendor, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Bundle::CygwinVendor

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Bundle::CygwinVendor
