Changes for version 1.04

Changed property parser to no longer require exactly one space after the colon seperate. Now allows zero or more spaces.

Read/Write .css files with as little code as possible

To install CSS::Tiny, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CSS::Tiny

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CSS::Tiny
