Changes for version 0.10

Removed the tilde on my name, from Makefile.PL. Was generating some weird results on VMS and Solaris.

A module to implement some of AutoConf macros in pure perl.

To install Config::AutoConf, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Config::AutoConf

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Config::AutoConf
