fix check_prog to not find directories (RT#132993), thanks RJBS for reporting it again!

A module to implement some of AutoConf macros in pure perl.

To install Config::AutoConf, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Config::AutoConf

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Config::AutoConf
